London again

To discuss Hungarian anthology at the HCC. In the meantime another poem from the Bestiary.

Eagle

Sitting ensconced within his awful eyrie,
He applies to mice his all-compassing theory.

Against that theory, one may be quite sure
The very souls of mice are insecure.

For he, with his great overweening nous,
Knows better than they do what defines a mouse.

More later.
